​Delivery and Pricing
We are based in Western Sydney, NSW and are able to deliver within selected areas of Sydney. Flat rate of $15 within our delivery radius or FREE delivery for orders over $150. If you are outside the radius please contact us via email info@rosemoonflowers.com and we can quote delivery charge based on your location.

Pre-order Flowers
You can pre-order your flowers a few days, a week or even a month in advance. Use our normal checkout system online and select your delivery date on the last step.
Operating Days + Times
Online orders are delivered Monday to Sunday each week. Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to guarantee exact delivery times as we can have multiple deliveries in one day to various locations around Sydney.

CONTACT-LESS DELIVERY
All orders are now contactless which means they are placed at the front of the house, doorbell and/or knock given.
Please make sure the date you send you order that your recipient is home and if you are unsure purchasing a vase with your flowers to ensure the flowers are not sitting out of water until recipient arrives. We always consider leaving your order in a safe place as weather like rain or heat can effect your flowers, however if there is no covered area they will be left at the front door.
